Foreseen as a brief shoot at the ever-evolving home and studio of Iranian artist and collector Fereydoun Ave, this session transformed into a full day together – one that offered real insights into his life and work, which he describes as one large act of collage (perhaps inspired by his good friend and mentor, Cy Twombly).
